Aid & Ward is run by me, Aidan Ward. I'm responsible for any personal information you share with me.

This website

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. It doesn't load anything from Google or social media.

When you book

To book, I need your name and a way to contact you. Payments are handled by Square, who process your card details under their own privacy policy. I never see your full card number.

Your health information

Before your first massage I'll ask some health questions, so I can treat you safely. I only use your answers for that. They are only seen by me, never shared, and deleted 6 months after your last visit.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, at any time. Just message me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
